    Please help

    I am EB3- RIR with PD March5 2004 and I-140 approved from India. I have to file I-485 till Aug 17 2007, as my PD is current/ Visa number available.
    I don’t want my I485 to be approved or H1b cancelled till June-July 2009, Please let em know the ways...
