I-485; question about visa - place of issue

In the I-485 form, (in PART 3) they have asked for the details of "Consulate where Visa was Issued".

I got my last visa stamping in 2004....when it was allowed to get the visa stamping in the US itself. And in that Visa stamp, "Issuing Post" is mentioned as "DEPARTMENT". Since then I did not go out of the USA.

So, please let me know what I should enter in the form I485.
