485 transferred to local ins

my 485 has been transferred to local ins, I have filed my employment based 485 at nebraska service center. Has anyone else also has the same?
Also what is the process time for local ins? My ins center is Saint Paul, MN.

How did u know INS transfered ur case to local office? Do they inform via mail or its mentioned on Olline case status?

I was been told by my attorney that employment based AOS don't transfered to local office.
