Need Urgent Help/advise

On July 11 my 485 was filed by my lawyer to be on safe side.

He filed only 485 and not EAD AND AP


I'm realy realy worried as to what happens to my appliction now.

What if my 485 gets rejected and I get the reciept after August 17,2007.


Will I get chance to file EAD AND AP after Aug 17 when the dates become current again.

you are using a lawyer, I think he knows what he is doing. If you are paying him for legal advice and come to a forum for advice, I guess you are not using your Money well to pick your lawyers brains to the maximun. When I was using a lawyer, I would ask him everything I didn't understand and he surely made things clear and thats why I was paying him anyway.

I think your lawyer knows what he is going. Don't worry about it!

if your I-485 is rejected you will not get EAD AP anyways.

But if accepted and once you get a receipt then you can apply for them retrogression has nothing to do with that.

As long as your I-485 is pending you can apply for them.
