Filing I 485, Spouse on H1B, Do I need to submit paystubs of the spouse too?

Hi immihelp forum members,

First of all ,thanks a lot to all the forum members.

Please help me out. I (Primary) am filing the I 485 (EB2 Category) , together with my spouse in this month.

She got her H1B Visa approved in Nov 2006.
and got SSN by the end of Jan 2007. She doesnot have paystubs.

Do i need to submit paystubs for her too? If that is the case what is the alternate solution?
Can we convert her H1B back to H4 immediately and file I 485 with the H4 receipt?

This is very urgent as we have to submit the application soon by Aug 17.

My Case also same , some one please suggest whether paystubs are required for Dependent H-1B Holder not. I Heard some guys are getting RFE for paystubs.

I would not think so, but it looks like your wife has been out of status since she is not really working on H1. convert her back to H4 as soon as possible.
