hey guys i'll b glad with a little help here.
my i130 was approved in May, ut i485 denied in April cos of failure to sumit required evidence.
Now am planing on filing again and also i want to eat the fee increase.
my question is since i went for all fingerprinting and everythng in regards to my old 485 do i have to include biometrics fee for the new application, and also am i going to go through this whole fingerprinting process again?? help, a brother wants to save $$$(lol)
