new fee structure for employment based 485s

Hi Guys,

My lawyer insists that the old fee structure ($395) for the i-485 applies till Aug 17th for the employment based 485s...but i wasnt able to find anything related to this on the uscis website...any idea?

ok...so that means a NEW employment based 485 still avails the old fee structure?...correct me if i am wrong...i am still a bit perplexed with the word usage in the last paragraph.

As long as your priority date is current according to bull. #107 you have until Aug. 17th to file your employment based AOS application with the old fee structure.
