No Name on Birth Certificate

Hi,

I have my birth certificate (finally) but it does not have my name and the last name of my parents is missing. Also spelling of first name of my father is different from what it is in my passport and class X certificate.

I would like to know if this birth certificate will be acceptable? Although I am getting 2 affidavits with my date of birth, name and parents' name mentioned in it.

I am in a similar boat

I have a birth certificate also, but no name just 'M' for male, anyone knows if this is accepted, my lawyer says 'no'

you will need to provide atleast one affidavit from someone who can attest to your birth. Preferably mom or dad
