I do not know much about it so I need some help if anyone can help me. I'm on H1 visa and I got married last year, did not have a chance to file any papers with my husband.Our marriage never worked, we never even moved together - I know it's stupid! I met another guy and we really wanna get married but I have to divorce my husband or get an annulment.. Does anyone know how long it takes to get divorced in MA. Is it possible for me to get an annulment? How long does it take before I can get remarried after divorce or after annulment? Do you think that it's gonna be a big problem for me when I'll go through whole process of changing a status with my new husband?
