I-485 without AP and travel to India

I am planning to file I-485 without Advance Parole and I do not have valid H1 Visa on passport. In october, I am planning to travel to India and will be visiting US Consulate in India for H1 stamping. Will I have any problem on H1 stamping while my I-485 is under process. I do not want to file AP because of the current scenarion and not sure how long I have to wait for AP. Once, I file AP then I think It is risky to travel without AP.

Can someone sugegst me whether I should file 485 with AP or without AP so that my India trip will be successful and there should not be H1 visa stamping problem.

Applyinf for AP is okay if you are returning using H1.

it is okay in terms of the legal issues, by itself no AP will not cause denial or problems. the only issue is if for some other reason the H1 is denied then you have no way of coming back.

Thats fine. H1 could be denied for many other reason ...... But, I am okay with your response - traveling India while I-485(without AP) is under process will not have any impact on H1 Stamping.
