I know for sure the 4 copies of your G-325 need 4 photos. I am also sure (although I can't think too far back now) that it was 4 copies for my husband as well. (we have a lawyer so they took care of a lot)

Yes, as the petitioner, your husband must fill out a G-325.

I'm sure you are probably more knowledgable than I am since I am pretty new to this. However, I know for SURE that my husband filed out and submitted a G-325 biometrics sheet. Our lawyer was pretty adamant about making us remember to do it. She, in fact, sat down and went through them with us. I also saw her definitely make 4 copies of mine as she handed them to me to look them over. Since this thread is entitled I-485, I-130 and I-765 (which is what I applied for...plus the I-131) I assumed it would be the same. In the immihelp green card section it says that when you are filing an I-130, both you AND your husband need to file one out. It also asks for a photo of you and a photo of your husband for the I-130. Look below for confirmation of that info:

Also, she asked for multiple photos from me and just 2 from my husband. I misinterpreted what the original poster said about the photos. Daytona is right, you do not need photos FOR the g-325. You need photos for your applications. The g-325 is merely information that you are submitting within those applications.

You will also read here that for your EAD (I-765) they ask for 2 identical photos.

      And here for your 485:

So Daytona, I can't be that wrong in saying that the poster needs a number of photos for ALL her applications. Also, like I say, from my personal experience my husband had to fill out a G-325 for at least my I-130. The immihelp info on petitioning for an alien relative also states that.

She didn't state she was talking about the 485 SOLELY in her post at all. From what I gathered, she was talking about all her applications as she was confused about how many G-325s you have to fill out for them. (ie. she was talking plural)

Secondly, yes you can file the I-130, 1-765 and the I-485 concurrently. Since you are a senior member I am confused as to why you don't know that. I know tons of people that filed all of those applications concurrently just like I did.

I realize you are a senior member, but I'm honestly telling you my lawyer filed all our applications at once. I was already in the US and married to my husband, and I initially thought I was going to have to go home to Canada, file for a K-3, CR-1 or IR-1, then get approval before I could come BACK to the US and file for the 485.

My lawyer told us no, that I could stay here while we filed since I was in the US already, and we could file all the forms concurrently, not one at a time. Now I'm not trying to undercut you, but I am also not an idiot. I'm a university graduate with a pretty good head on her shoulders. I'm sure you know a ton or else you wouldn't be a senior member. But my lawyer, who is a top lawyer in the NYC/NJ area (that is what we sought him out and paid a very high price) was very adamant that we could file the I-130, I-485, I-765 and I-131 at once. I have gotten receipt notices for all of them, and actually an RFE was sent out within a month for my 485 application. (the RFE has already been taken care of) Now, I think it would be best if we could get someone else like waitingtool or another senior member to give another opinion. I have even seen on this form lots of people who have done that. I don't think I was misinformed by an immigration lawyer that has been in practice as an immigration attorney for over 20 years.

My lawyer also filed all the papers together.

Which is totally okay. It even says here in the immihelp green card section that you can apply for them together.
