On removal..(F1 reinstatement denied)..GC interview in a week!!

Some years back, my cousin was out of status, his F1 visa and he decided to re-instate him self but unfortunately, he was denied and was asked to retjrn back home, IMMEDIATELY!!
Now he has his GC interview in aweek, how is that going to affect him, shd he worry, NOT!!

On a case like that, I would use a lawyer if i were Him. It might cost him some money but might be worth the advice from an experienced immigration lawyer.
