I-485 receipt date – March 25, 2002
Fingerprinting date – May 22, 2002
EAD receipt date – October 17,2002
1) What happens if I loose my current job before EAD is approved? Does pending I-485 remain valid?
2) Can I join the client for whom I am consulting? What are the rules?
3) After my EAD is approved can I change my employer? If yes, what are the rules about new employer? Is it safe to change employer or wait till green-card is approved?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
