Non Availability of BC - Form 11

GC Seekers,

I have got my non availability(Form 11) from Tamil NAdu.
Now the issue is, it doesnt mention my name anywhere but just says that a search has been made on the birth records of my birth year and it was found that the birth of the child of the couple (my parents name here) has not been registered.

Is it OK that my name is not in the NAC or should I have to produce any affidivits for the same.

Pls let me know.

You will also need an affidavit from your mother or both parents.

I just noticed that the in the Non availability issued to me, my father's name is misspelt by a letter (instead of Swamy its entered as samy). Is that an acceptable typo by the USCIS or do I have to get it changed.
