PD current?

My I-485 application (employment based) is pending.
I got the receipt notice (I-797C) for I-485 in Jan. 2006. And my I-140 was approved in April 2006. Does it make my PD current?
If this information is not enough please let me know how to check whether the PD is current.

based on the july bulletin your dates are current ill July 31st. Then there are no numbers available till Oct 1 at least.

You check the dates on the visa bulletin issued b Department of state.
