Family based GC petition fees if ins received on 30/07/2007
HI,
I am filing for a family based GC from MN. I have used the Fedex to mail.I have the ship date as 07/28/07. The Deleviry date to INS is 07/30/07. I have made the checks with old filing fees. The updates say that they will process based on the deleviry date and the new fees changes are from 07/30/2007 does that mean there is a chance they will reject my application because they received on 30th or since i have mailed on 28th i will be OK with the old fee?? Any help is greatly apperciated with the clarification.
