My fiance just recently entered the US on a K-1 visa I just mailed her I480, I130, biometrics and staement of supoport. The question I have is when or where can I get some form of ID for her? I realize I still need to file an I-760
am i forgeting something? Also Iam very fearful of filling one of these forms out incorrectly or not supplying enought documentation, If that is the case what happens?
