I entered the US ( sept 26 2002) in a visitors visa B2, at the POE they stamped the permit for 2 weeks , before the expiration ( Oct 12th 2002) date I filed an extension of stay, which I haven't received notice from, then I got married on Dec 18th 2002 to and USC and I want to change the status. Please I need some advice on this. Shall I use I 485 form? I am still on status since I haven't received any notice of my I 94 extension of stay? Thanks
