Reg: my GC(485) if i join other company with new H1

Hi,

I work for a comp A where my GC is in process,I have my EAD and i had given my FP ,Now a comp B has offered me a job which i think i gonna take it,but as iam unmarried i thought of joining them with H1,

Now the question is if i join the comp B with H1, can i still have my green card process smoothly with the new comp B(after transfer).

any comments.

You can work for another company using your EAD but as you indicated you don't want to use since you're unmarried.
As for as your current I-485 application goes, It's pretty much complete from your side and INS will tender a decision on it even if you switch a job now(Only exception is if there is a RFE in future then processing can't resume until you respond to it).
Therefore, I would suggest you to get married and add a dependent on the existing AOS application rather than taking H1B route or even worse cuold happen if you have to file I-130(Immigration petition for the dependent of lawful permanent resident) for your spouse if your AOS is approved before your marriage.
