EAD not received....

Hi all,

I filed my EAd extension on October 11th and got a receipt dated October 13th, 2002. I have not got my extension still and my EAD is expiring on Jan 18, 2003.

Can I go to local INS office after 90 days and get an interim EAD?

hi all,

my ead extension tension is over. i received the new ead card couple of days back. just for any reader's interest, it took about 75 days after filing for an extension.
