What a mess!
I entered the US on July 16 on a B1 visa. My attorney filed for Adjustment of Status on 7/30/07 without discussing the ramifications with me. She told me that I am unable to travel outside the US during this time. Unfortunately, I was not planning to stay in the US, as I have business interests overseas.
Does anyone know what options I have as I must travel overseas for a conference on August 18th.
Any information would be highly appreciated as this is driving me insane.
