Please Help:Finger Printing Appointment Notice Reached At Wrong Address

My FINGER PRINT APPOINTMENT NOTICE has reached the THE WRONG ADDRESS.
It seems like that my lawyer has sent my wrong home address.I am currently in New Jersey and the APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED IS KENTUCKY.

How much time does is take to reschedule the FINGER PRINT APPOINTMENT FOR CHANGE OF LOCATION.
WOULD IT BE ADVISABLE TO GO TO KENTUCKY AND GET THE FINGER PRINT DONE OR SHOULD I RESCHEDULE THE FINGER PRINT APPOINTMENT TO A LOCATION NEAR MY HOME(NEW JERSEY) DUE TO CHANGE OF LOCATION.

My lawyer is in California and I am in Utah. Due to this mis-understanding my finger printing interview was scheduled in los angeles. On the date of interview I went to my local office in Salt lake City and did the biometrics. you should do the same.

Use the Infopass appointment system to set up an appointment to aska question about your case at the local New Jersey USCIS office. Take your Kentucky fingerprint appointment letter along with you to the appointment and explain what happened. Chances are they'll let you arrange a biometrics appointment in New Jersey instead so you can get the biometrics taken. Just make sure you do it quickly as there is an assumption that you're abandoning your case if you don't appear at the fingerprint appointment on the scheduled day.

hey my wife's 2nd biometrics notice again was for los angeles office for the 29th of August and mine was in Salt lake city , Utah on 23rd august. we both went to salt lake city on 23rd and got our biometrics done. no questions asked. they did'nt even check the dates or center on the notice !
go to your local center and dont waste time with info pass.
