You should go there with a lawyer. We had our first interview two months ago, we did very well, we got around 40 questions, answered two of them in a different way. The immigration clerk was very unfriendly during the interview and we didn`t get the decision. We were told to wait for the decision by mail. Instead of it we got the intvitation for second interview. We are really scared. Although we know almost everything about each other, there can be something that we answer in a different way again. We hired a lawyer for this interview. It` s next Friday. So...good luck on Monday and update your situation please.

          Good luck to you both

Guys just be yourselves on the interview, the job of the io is to intimidate you. I am a us citizen who sponsored my husband, I got denied the first time round for failing to present one document. I fought it all the way as I had given it to them. I filed a motion to reopen and made a complaint to the
washington dc office, I was called back for the motion in less than a month, at the second interview the officer was very upset that I made a complaint plus i sent them inquiries every two weeks certified mail at the second interview my file was HUGE but guess what my husband got his greencard.

            Think twice about a lawyer

One more thing you may want to think twice before spending that much money on a lawyer.......I did all my paper work myself and you can get the same point across........I know of two people who went in with their lawyers who more or less just made a bad situation worse...the io officer is in charge...
