Has anyone heard any denied cases for I-485?

Just wondering are there any completely denied cases for I-485 till now? If so what may be the reason?

Yes you can be denied very easily and for complete stupidity. My case was denied for failing to present information that I did give to uscis. Had my case was asked for one document to be presented, personally handed the documentation to a uscis officer on the same day of the interview got a letter in the mail 6 months later case denied...mind you i visited the same center 3 times inquiring the status of the case during that time......talk about uscis not giving one damn with you...i filed a motion and won the case but what a hassle
