My I-140 (EB1-outstanding researcher) was approved in April 2005.
I-485 was filed in September 23, 2005. Laid off in Jan 2007 and the employer revoked my H-1. Currently, I was working in a temporary position with similar job duties through a staffing agency. I am on EAD status now.
I got RFE to submit current parmanent employer letter. Deadline is Nov 1st.
Lawyer tells me there will be a risk of I-485 rejection with temporary employment letter and suggest to get a parmanent job soon ans submit the evidence.
Please help me if anybody has any suggestions.
