Supplement A for Form I-485
Hello Everybody,
Hope you are doing well.
My husband and I so appricated if anybody can help us.
We have been applyed: I-130, I-485,I-765 - on July 1st, 2007
Received Rec.Note for I-485, I-130 - on July 12th,2007
Biometric has been done on August 2nd, BUT 2 DAYS BEFORE Fingerprint.App. - USCIS requested the Supplement A for Form I-485 and fee charge for $ 1,000. based on 245(i).
So we sent all of the requesting on August 1st- by via regular post mail ( it was our mistake. Well...now my husband and I soo worry: Check steel has not cleared yet, we cannot track a package and have no idea what we have to do. Could anybody tell us how long we should to wait for receiving EAD? Do we must to submit a new Supplement A for form I-485 + A NEW CHECK and should we send everything by Express Service? If anybody evere had the same situation, please provide you recomendations.
