We need your help in rgds: Supplement A for Form I-485- PLEASE!!!
Hi everybody,
I am new one there and I steel need your help- Please!!!
As I said on my previous email- we have a situation.
First oval: USCIS requested an additional information from us ( exactly: Supplement A for- form I-485) its based on 245(i). My husband entered United State without inspection ( He had a transit visa), so as per 245(i)- he has to pay $1,000 fee and submit a Supplement A for form I-485. His Supplement A was mailed by via post regular service on August 1st ( today is Aug.24th). well... check steel has not cash yet and we have no response yet from USCIS. Does any body send any application by Post mail? Maybe USCIS did not received anything from us? And do we need to send new set of supplement A + plus a new check for amount $1,000. by Express Service ( since we can track the package and we'll be sure that USCIS got it) or we have to wait for a few more weeks?
I don't know how much time it will take to receive EAD (employment authorization document) based on 245(i).
