Aug 21: "Current Status: Card production ordered."
Aug 22: "Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident."
Aug 24: "Current Status: Approval notice sent."
Aug 27: Received both the Welcome Notice and the CARD in mail!

Now Waiting for the Approval Notice.
