I am an asylum beneficiary living in California. I prepared my Form I-485 package to file. However, I am not sure where to file it. I see that form I-485 should be filed to regional offices, unless they are employment based. My application is not employment based, but when I check the regional addresses page on for California, it refers me to the form instruction. The form says I should file with regional offices. Please help!
