i'm on h4 and my husband on h1..we applied for aos,advance parole and ead during the end of feb 2004...have finger printing during april 3rd week....he is planning to change company once he get his ead...will there be any problem???.he is planninng to change in aug of this year...shlould we have to wait till we get our ead...or can we change after 6 months...his i -140 was approved a year before....hope someone helpls
