  • I didnt receive all the receipts

    Hello,

I have applied for GC on July 23rd through my husband's employer.
I have received EAD and Travel document receipt notice while my husband got only Travel Document receipt notice.
We inquired employer about this as he applied our applications.

He is saying that the cheques have been encashed.
He is not revealing atleast the number of the cheque.

My doubt is,"Is this causes any problem in GC processing?"
"Is it possible to get EAD and travel document without applying for i-485?"
"How can we trace the info?"

    Please help me in this.
    Thanks in advice

"Is it possible to get EAD and travel document without applying for i-485?" If you are applying for a green card, they must have submitted I-485 (or maybe just the I-140?, ask them). You can get an AP, EAD with a pending AOS (i-485)
"How can we trace the info?" With the receipt numbers at https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp
