Thank you Praetorian for your answer,i should have added more details my petition is family based we received the Notice Of Action the end of July and also had my biometrics done Aug 2 they then sent a request for more evidence i had every thing they asked for except we were never sent a receipt notice for the I-130 so we finally on Sept 14 received a letter from USCIS stating we were approved for this,the package was sent out on Mon Sept 17 so would this still apply that they havent had time to update? I have been trying the number since Aug so far only my I130 receipt number shows that it has been updated but it wont accept the I485 number.I may be just anxious perhaps they will not update until they receive the evidence they requested which should be there by now.
