I-485 from NSC. Any feedback/ same cases lets keep in touch

RD or ND?

My Recv date is Sept 5th, 2001 but when I checked at /egov.ins.usdoj.gov/graph...eStat.jsp, the status says that "Your I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION was received on November 08, 2001...." . But in actual Nov 8th is my Notice date. So, now NSC is treating ND as RD? Its getting worse....

nsc - 485 processing

from a different website it seems that they are processing for rd of aug 2001. still not sure that in which are are they processing.
mine rd is aug/10/2001.
based on that it is now almost 420 days.
any idea, that contacting iio (immigration information officer) may do anything better.

AVM says 485 aproved 4 self,hubby & kid.
Online not yet updated.
My rd is 08/10/01.

My process started in sep/1997 and 485 approved on Oct/2002.
Both AVM and online updated and say case approved.

passport stamped for me, hubby and kid at local ins office in omaha. no questions asked. they just needed
1.approval notice (courtesy copy), yet did not receive original from lawyer.
2. i-94
3 passport
4. driver license for id. they did not ask for any id for my kid (8yrs old). just asked which school does she go.
5. two ins stype photos

although we took pay stubs, copy of tax filed recently, ead's, advance parol employement letter etc.

Urgent Help Needed for I-485 Filing

Hi All,
I am about to file the I-485 but have a strange problem,
My wife does not have a last(maiden) name in her passport or any of her Educational certificates i.e. she does not have a last Name.
My attorney is using her Parents last name when filing the I-485.
Will that be a problem,Also if someone have any other solution please let us know.
