I am getting married in Dec to my USC fiance. I came to the US on vwpp and overstayed for 5 years. I had reunited with my ex-husband who lives here but we separated after a year. He reunited with his current wife and I continued to live in the apt he rented and paid for me and our two children. I met my fiance in May '07 and we will be married in Dec '07. I will be moving to his house in another state. My question is when I apply for AOS will the interviewer be interested in the fact that i lived in an apartment rented by my ex for four years. I will disclose all previous addresses and i will not lie but I was wondering how this might affect my case

Just state the truth. Such as your ex did this because of your children and such. It should not be a problem.
