I-485 No Last Name

Hi All,
I am about to file the I-485 but have a strange problem,
My wife does not have a last(maiden) name in her passport or any of her Educational certificates i.e. she does not have a last Name.
My attorney is using her Parents last name when filing the I-485.
Will that be a problem,Also if someone have any other solution please let us know.

Use your last name

Hi,

My advice to you would be to use your own last name as her last name. After marriage anyways wifes last name changes to husbnads last name (usually). You can get her name changed in her passport from the US embassy in US, before you apply for 485.
