Removal of Spouse from GC process

I and my spouse submitted our 485s some time ago, me as a primary applicant. Now our relationship is not so good and we may brakeup.

Is it possible to take back my spouse's 485 even before getting divorce ?

Not by you. She can withdraw it if she wishes to do so, but you can only void it for her if you get a divorce finalized.

Is there any particular form to withdraw 485 or send a formal request on a white paper ...

Your wife would have to send a formal request, notarized, to the local district office submitting copies of the divorce decree or reason to withdraw and the i-485 receipt notice (copy).

You can not force her to do this though, you will be in a lot of trouble yourself and may lose your own GC.
