last and middle name correction.

Hi Immigurus,

I got my EAD and going for finger printing shorlty. My Middle and Last name is correct on my VISA and EAD as in the passport and its going to be same on all 485 forms. But on my drivers license its differant since years, middle name as last name and last name as middle name.

Can someone suggest if it is going to create issues in background check? or I need to change the name on drivers licese before I go for finger printing.

Please advice.

You should get it fixed ASAP. Whether it will cause isssues or not is uncertain, but you need to get it changed.

I got my last/first name corrected before biometrics. I feel better now.
