I-485 Question for praetorianx1

How are you?
My fiance, with K1 visa, came to US on Sept 15. We married on Sept 22 and received the marriage certificate two weeks ago.

I am going to fill out all the AOS forms for her. After I reviewed serveral web sites & discussion forum, I am very confusing which application form I have to sent out along with i-485.

As I Know

1. Payment Fees
2. Form G28
3. Form i-485
4. Form i-864
5. Form i-131
6. Form i-765
7. Form g-325A
8. Two photos ...... Need more photos?

Supporting documentation

• Birth Certificate copied
• Passport photo page copied
• K-1 visa copied
• I-94, front and back copied
• Certificate of Immunization received at K-1 medical exam
• Fianc?e) Petition Approval Notice (AKA 2nd NOA)
• Marriage certificate copied

By the way, do I need form i-130 and FC-029?

Nope. You do not need those two forms. I think you got it down fairly well.

Read the instructions for the I-485, I-131 and I-765. They will tell you how many pictures you need to submit.
