If I want bring G-28 form to the Bank for notary service, what else document do I have to bring with?

If I want notaried the G-28 form through the social service like the Bank, do I still need to have a lawyer for that? As before, I just notaried the i-134 form through the bank without a lawyer.
By the way, do I need to bring all the AOS documents during the notary service?

The notary, verifies that the signature is YOURS. And for the I-134, that is the case, you signed, you are there present and the notary certifies it.
