Hello All,
Can you please advise me on possible outcome in following situation: My employer attorney did concurrent filing for my I-140/I-485 with Texas service center received date stamp 08/10/2007.
Prior to filing for my I-140/I-485, I already had my approved 7th year “I-129” petition which is based of my “Job Title” as “Systems Analyst”. Until my 6th year my job title was “Programmer Analyst” and during my 7th year extension I filed for LCA with necessary amendment for adjustment of job tile and have everything in place as per the book.
Now my question is I happen to notice on I-485 application under “part 3: Processing Information” for the question “Current Occupation” my attorney listed “Programmer Analyst” instead of “Systems Analyst”. Will there be any issue at the time of my application processing/review at Texas’s service center? Is there any correction process that I can do before its too late or not sure if I am already late and wait for final results?
Is there any suggestion that you all seniors can give me? (fyi: I have already drafted an email to my attorney this morning and waiting for their feedback) but again I thought will check with senior guru’s for 2nd opinion.
My employer just applied for my 8th year extension and not sure if this might impact any of this process.
Any advise on above requested information is greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Arvind
