I recently received an RFE for my pending I-485 (EB1) about current employment like this...
"you must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer describing job duties, title, date and salary. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and condition of your employment-based visa petition continue to exist."
Is it the standard format of RFE on current employment?
I filed I-485 in Sep 2005 and got laid off in Jan 2007 (more than 180 days).
I joined another company (client) who put me in a staffing agency payroll (employer).
Would there be a risk of I-485 rejection if I address above RFE with a staffing agency employment letter?
How long BCIS takes to review this type of RFE?
Did anybody gone through this situation.
Please advise what to do if I-485 gets denied.
