Got RFE - Praetorian please aswer

Hi,

I got an RFE for my I 485 application today. i knew i would get it since i did not submit the medcal and joint sponsor for it. so it says to submit both of them along with the letter to missouri. the letter also says the following thing

" You are ineligible for interim employment authorization pursuant to Title 8, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 103.2(b)(10)(ii) until ninety (90) days after the missing initial evidence is received."

Does this mean i may not get my EAD card or what? please someone throw some lite on this. by the way i am done with my fingerprinting

Submit the information required and do not worry about the interim message. It is just a standard message, it means nothing. You WILL get your EAD card within the proper time.

60-80 days from the FP appointment. Are you tracking the progress online? Make sure you respond to the RFE as soon as possible.

Hi Max,

I just want to clarify when did you recieved the RFE? AFter your FP? I am also in the process of my I-485 now, and will have my FP 10/26, so maybe after that if they need more documents I could also receive an RFE. May I know how long did you received the RFE after FP?
