  • I-485, no tax documents

I’m a student with an F-1 visa. My wife (a citizen) is my sponsor and currently has a new job that meets the income requirements. We did apply by combing our incomes, but they requested for more evidence which we do not have. She is yet to receive her first pay check in the second week of November. Do I have to resubmit form I-485? What information do I have to provide since we do not have tax information related to her new job. How can I prove, she is capable of sponsoring me?
    Thanks for the quick response.

Her paystubs, plus a letter from her employer stating that she is a full time employee, when she was hired, how much she makes, how many hours a week she works, etc.

        Hi TIMETO,
Try to get a letter from bank which show that your wife have sufficient funds to support your living in US since she is your sponsor.
