Hi,
I filed 140 september 06 and 485 july 07. I receved an RFE on 485 asking for experience letters etc... I am in EB2, looked like they wanted us to substantiate EB2 status (usually a 140 query). The status now is 140 pending and 485 resumed processing after receiving requested documents. So i am kind of confused as to what is happening. Please advice me as this is a strange situation.
