I'm married to an American citizen. I was scheduled to pick up my work authorization tomorrow afternoon. As I was getting my documentation together I realized that my passport expired in July!
First of all, my main concern is that will this affect me picking up my authorization tomorrow afternoon??
I'm planning to go and get the rest of my passport updated. That's for sure. But I'm worried about tomorrow. We've been a difficult financial situation for over 9 months now, and I can't afford to NOT get the permit tomorrow.
Help. Anyone?
