Full time --> Part Time during I-485 pending

Hi,
My status is now pending AOS for EB3 employement sponsor. Can i change from full time employee to be part time employee with the same company and doing the same job description. Would it be a problem when the approval time for AOS come? Is there a chance that they will denie I-485???

employement though staffing agency

I have same question regarding chances of I 485 denial (EB1) if I am working in full time at client place (similar job) through a staffing agency.
