i am going to file i-485 package...

hi, i am going to file i -485 package. i married with us sitizen and i entered in usa legally using j-1 visa in 2004. but i overstayed for 13 months. am i eligible to adjust status in usa or not? thank you

That depends... is your J-1 visa subject to the 2 years foreign residency requirement?
