Changing employer

I am working on H1-B and LC & I-140 both approved with Company “A” and now I am going to apply further for I-485 through the same Company. Basically I am getting a very lucrative permanent Job offer (Same job category) from the Company “B” and they are willing to transfer my H1-B in order to work for them from July, 2007. My question is how it could affect my I-485 process if I’ll transfer my H1-B to the employer “B”. Let me tell you one thing that the company “A” will not going to revoke my I-140 and also won’t stop my I-485 application. I will be working for Both Company “A” (1099) & “B” (W2) at the same time till fulfill the 180 days requirement. Please advice me if you think any complication will occur in order to get my green card through company “B”. Remember I am just transferring my H1-B not apply for another GC again through company “B”.
Or suggest me any other way to resolve my issue.
Please do advice!!!!
