Please answer on I-485 Adjusment of Status question

Hello Everyone:

1.Which applications are needed for a minor child, 17 years old son of mother who came with him into the U.S.A. on visitir's visa "B-2", then married to U.S. citizen, and now prepares to apply with her minor son for Adjustment of Status?

2. Also, if additionally anyone knows: if the husband, who will be petitioner for both of them, first needs to apply for some kind of legal custody of that minor child, before filing I-130?

He needs the same forms as for the mother (I-130, I-485). The US Citizen does not need to have legal custody, but the alien mother does.

Mother must include children in her I-485 and I-130 forms.

Adjustment of the status for child ...

I was asylee who have been denied February 2005 and got married August 2005 with US Citizen and been approved for the adjustment of the status in August 2007 and got the Greed Card in October 2007.

Which applications are needed for a child, 22 years old daughter single who is still live outside of US and now I want to prepare for her to apply for Adjustment of Status? She came in US last July 2007 and went back in September 2007 because she is now senior in her college. I make plan for her to take her Master in 2009 when she has her Green Card. Which way are the fastest for her to get her Green Card through to me as her Mom ( Green Card ) or her stepdad who is US Citizen?
