F1 to H1B no degree only computer certifications

Does anyone know if it is possible to change from a F1 to a H1b visa if I have no degree. I have MS certifications and Comptia network +. Are these regarded as sufficient specialty skills to obtain a H1B work visa ??

First you are in the wrong forum.

As for your question the answer is almost certainly no.

You need the equivelant of a 4 year US Bachelors Dgree for an H1. If you have a lot of experience you can substitute 3 years of experience for 1 year of University.

So you would need 12 years experience in your field to meet the "specialty occupation & training" requirement.

You can (and should) double check this with an attorney.

Thank you for the info. You were exactly right. I do have more than 12 years exp and according to the Lawyer I've spoken with this will be enough for the H1B. He is arranging accreditation of docs to support.
